§ The Pump / Est. MMXVI

A space that thrives
on its community.

The Pump opened in 2016 in Jhamsikhel — the first space in Nepal built around CrossFit, calisthenics, and functional training. Today, three locations across Kathmandu, coached by the same hands that opened the doors.

Principles

Four lines.
We don't cross them.

01 /

The floor is the program

We don't sell vibes. We sell coaching, programming, and time under the bar. The numbers and the practice are the whole job.

02 /

Coaches who train

Every lead on the floor still trains hard — CrossFit, calisthenics, BJJ, Olympic lifting. We hire athletes, not salesmen.

03 /

Community is the moat

Saturday open mats, morning S&C, kids' floor on weekends. The Pump scales by membership, not by adding chrome.

04 /

Honest progress

Quarterly InBody, periodised training cycles, real conversations. We'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a guarantee.
